  • Custom and print-on-demand items may take up to 10 business days to process depending on order volume and design complexity.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Canada & USA: 5–10 business days after processing.

    • International: 10–20 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nu Breed Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nubreedapparel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

At Nu Breed Apparel, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must be attached and items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (including custom-printed shirts, hats, hoodies, and welding beanies).

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with clearance pricing.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We will cover shipping costs for exchange items only if the error was on our part.

Refunds
